Reminders about Physical Examination and Fee Payment
Students registering for Athletics will have a $150 athletic fee assessed to their Infinite Campus account and must have that fee and ALL OTHER student account fees paid in full AND must have a current physical examination form on file with the PVHS Athletic Office BEFORE the student athlete will be authorized to participate, practice or tryout once the official CHSAA season begins for their sport on 8/12/2024 (8/5 for Boys Golf).
Due to the 27j School District's fiscal year, Fall 2024 Sport Athletic fees (the $150 mentioned above) will be assessed by the athletic office to student Infinite Campus Accounts after 7/1/2024 for all athletes with a completed registration. Please start monitoring your athlete's account after that date.

Physicals can be uploaded upon registration (preferred), can be faxed to 303-655-8920, or can be emailed directly to the PVHS Athletic Secretary (address below)..Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the exam.
